4/0 Wire: I couldn't get the wire out of the eyelet after crimping

Carefully performing a test crimp on a very thin 4/0 twisted pair wire with a vise. And then I tried to pull the cord out of the top. NO WAY! Couldn't. Then I sawed the tab to see what the inside looks like. Wow - like solid copper. And I still couldn't get the strands of the cable out of the grommet even though I cut it in half. I was impressed. I used to always solder cables. With this method I'm starting to think I don't need to solder anymore.
