For the price, this is a gun. The positioning of the instruments is very audible. Different instruments do not turn into mush, each of them is clearly audible. In the mids and highs, the sound is really detailed, but the bass is a little behind. So, for example, the bass drum is completely unintelligible, instead of a detailed sound, I hear just a rumble. But as for the vocals, both female and male, they are great. The strings sound very cool, the piano is beyond praise. Podcasts and narration sound perfect, there is no low frequency hum in the voice, everything is detailed and legible, I never got such a buzz from the voice. In general, I would describe the sound as dynamic, bright, with good attacks and detail, musical, there is no flatness in it, the sound is lively, HF does not hurt the ear, there is no ringing and wheezing. Bought for voice processing (podcasts) and for listening to music. Best of all, they play tracks with vocals and house (genre). Pop music sounds good, but fans of bass pounding will not like it. The instrumental sounds good, but the rock is average because of the unintelligible drums. Monitors (speakers) need a normal DAC (sound card), on-board both from a computer (realtek ALC1200) and from a phone do not reveal their potential. The sound is specific, you need to get used to it, but it's worth it. Monitors 100% outperform all sorts of microlabs and other slag, positioned as PC acoustics in the price range up to 15000. As for me, they sound better than my home theater from samsung. Assembled very high quality, they look minimalist, the plastic is super, there is no smell, all the details are well adjusted to each other. I definitely recommend. I would take only JBL-305 as a replacement, but they are also more expensive and differ in size. So far this is the best value for money. If you are ready to give up low-frequency slotting, then buy it. Adequately play somewhere from 50-70 Hz, depending on the volume. When turned on, they sound like all JBL speakers. Even if the volume is at minimum They are not small in size, this monique in the photo is very large
