Ok I like this gel pad. I didn't buy it for a motorcycle seat but for an office chair. I have bedsores and I thought this would help. It softens my stool a bit and I like it, but it compresses it and doesn't help my pressure points. I liked it though, so I decided to tape it to the vinyl seat, put a cloth cover over it and use it. It stuck to the chair very well. I liked that it didn't move at all when I put it on. Unfortunately, a few days later, when changing the fabric cover, I tried to peel off the gel. It came off well. Although it didn't move when I sat on it, it came off easily. Unfortunately, he changed the color of the seat's vinyl upholstery, making it paler and slightly wrinkled where it was. I suspect it was a chemical reaction and it got darker and smoother after using the armor a few times. But I won't put it on vinyl again. I intend to make a fabric seat cover with a waterproof bag for this mat and keep using it because it was comfortable, but I haven't done that yet. I think if you use it as intended it would work fine but as it didn't help my pressure sore or even make it more comfortable to sit I'm deducting a star.
