This compact dispenser fills quickly and dispenses selected napkins smoothly without creasing or tearing. It takes some getting used to. Tips: 1. Before the first filling, please remove the paper covers and remove the two sticky dots. Place the flip-up steel surface on a soft towel and wipe away any remaining stickiness with dish soap and a damp microfiber cloth.2. Place the napkins with the curled ends up for easier turning. When the napkin is pulled out, drag other napkins with you, just tuck them into the main bundle of the unit. Sometimes it is necessary to tighten the packing so that the napkins are better held in the valves.3. Like leafing through a book, use your thumb and forefinger to leaf through the top right bundle until the rightmost napkin is between your thumb and forefinger before pulling up. For the left thumb and forefinger, use the top left side of the band.4. When moving the device, pinch both flaps to keep the wipes in place.
