Review on Boulder Tools Deflators Pressure Gauge by Jason Mitts

I'm a smart guy but this doesn't work. I ordered them in July and tried them twice with the same negative results. Now my return window is closed. I run my tires at 80psi with my Lance Camper and deflate the tires to 55psi without it. I followed the instructions to set the valves and they either deflated very slowly and stopped at the desired psi or kept releasing air until I unscrewed them. I would like to return them, but I may be unlucky. **UPDATE** I received an email and a new set of tire deflators from Boulder Tools. They said you should try them and if for any reason they don't work we'll happily refund your purchase. I value customer service very much. Unfortunately they don't work and I emailed CustomerService@BoulderTools.com as instructed on November 22nd. Unfortunately no answer so I'm just waiting to see if they keep their word. I'm sure that will be the case since it's a reputable company, but the support response time could be improved. Also, I've been to their website and the email link is broken and there is no contact phone number. I'm sure these tire deflators are great for other uses, but since I only deflate my tires from 80psi to 60psi, they just don't work for my application. ***UPDATED 12/16/19*** Customer Service stepped in and did their best to resolve the issue. I tried the original deflators and unfortunately they didn't work, I tried the free replacements and unfortunately they didn't work. As a reputable company, Boulder Tools kept their word and refunded my original purchase price. I recommend this product, this company and will buy from them again. Unfortunately they just didn't work for my app but my friend has the same ones and they work great for his app. Thank you Boulder Tools for being a respected company on Revain.
