NO DOCUMENTATION in power converters
I bought 2 of these and there was no documentation. In my experience, this is a common theme. It's frustrating for someone who doesn't have the energy, doesn't have the time, or doesn't like to research. I have yet to plug them in but will do a little research before plugging them in as I don't want to damage my batteries. There was also NO wiring harness included, which again seems to be a common theme. Be sure to check everything!
