The customer service is incredible! They are always willing to help and do whatever it takes to keep you happy. The system is not perfect but they are constantly improving it. I wish it was more user friendly. I think the customer service can help with this. It's a little more difficult to use than other billing software, but it gets easier as you use it. I'm trying to make sure I have the most accurate information about my patients for billing purposes. This helps me in the long run to keep my patients happy.
