Totally broken on arrival
I received the first one and it wouldn't let me log in, it didn't even project a login signal and when we contacted support they provided us with a replacement AND THIS HAS TA THE SAME FUCKING PROBLEM. Never buy a refurbished modem for children. It is not worth.
