This is a beautiful wooden frame, very authentic as I had hoped, except it has plexiglass instead of regular glass which makes the quality appear much lower and the price less reasonable. It is accurately described as such and my error was due to ordering three different sized frames. The smallest was real glass and the two large ones were plexiglass, so I suggest double checking each item if ordering more than one. So you won't experience any nasty surprises. Otherwise, the wood portion of the frame is fairly rustic and bears no resemblance to the faux barn you'll find in Hobby Lobby. It's really attractive. I gave this one five stars because it also came with real glass. Others I've ordered lose a star due to the plexiglass. It's easy to assume that the same style of frame from the same company will have the same style of lens.
