Review on Sandwich maker Kitfort KT-1609 Panini Maker, red by Ewa Czubak ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

The rating on YM, the design, and the success I'd had with an earlier purchase of a highly popular juicer made by the same brand convinced me to make the purchase. The look is somewhat less bright than what is shown in the picture, but it is still quite a cheery one, in contrast to its drab predecessor in my kitchen, which finally gave up owing to old age. When they are pre-treated with oil, the panels acquire great non-stick capabilities, and they are made fairly nicely. I particularly liked how the rather hermetically executed panels were made. Everything appears to be in order at first glance, which is especially encouraging in light of the remarkably positive results obtained using the auger squeezer manufactured by the same company. So far, I have only tried it out on a huge sandwich, which I was unable to "put in a suitcase" for crispy baking (it moved out and lost its layers), but it still turned out to be quite tasty, everything was warmed up with high quality, not overdried, and the parts that left the sandwich did not burn out but rather had to be carefully removed from the panels. In general, it is my hope that the device will continue to gratify customers in the years to come; but, at this point, the evaluation is more anticipatory.

Pros
  • Unusual design, decent manufacturer
Cons
  • We are unable to manage tall sandwiches.
