Good morning! I bought this after reading a few reviews and since I have a 31" waist I got the average. Spring. MAY BE. Did I eat too much bread the day I wore that petticoat? hi. For this photo I had a petticoat. at the bottom of the waist, on the hips. After about an hour my waist was itchy and I had to pull it up to my chest where my waist is smaller. When I put the petticoat on it was noticeably shorter so I uploaded the second photo with the vagasa/umbrella so you can see the difference. Overall I think I should have bought the large one and I could have returned it but I accidentally threw away the mailer. Ouch! Oh, and I'm 5ft 2" and I'm usually a size 6, but I'm pear shaped so sometimes I wear an 8.
