Works very well. I had an issue after the first few days where it wouldn't fully connect to my phone. I updated the firmware, no change, and finally restarted my iPhone and everything has been fine ever since. It takes a bit to sync but usually when I start the car the backup and display changes from my rear camera to normal display, everything is connected and working. There's a slight lag compared to wired carplay when I skip a song or select something else, but so far it's tolerable and an amazing improvement!
