As mentioned in other reviews, lengthening the handle is pointless as it doesn't actually attach to the existing handle. very strange design. I was expecting the scraper to be heavier to help clean up, but it's fairly light. With great difficulty I was able to remove some of the carpet adhesive - very slowly - but I could not remove the linoleum.
