These magnets are STRONG. A lot of reviews say that they are difficult to disassemble, you just have to be smart and take them apart and they are pretty easy to disassemble. Bring them close to a metal surface and PUSH them, they snap into place instantly and require some force to release. The ones I ordered are about the size of a quarter but a little thicker. Be careful, they are fragile and will break if you collide them with each other or on surfaces. With that they are amazing. I used them on my new tool box to keep drawers closed. If you're familiar with US General's tool chests, you have to constantly unlock the drawers to open them. Well I disabled the latches and placed them in the back of the drawers and it worked great! A magnet in each drawer even keeps my HEAVY sockets closed. I even feel it. Close the box. Overall I'm very happy with it and would buy more. WILL buy more for my other toolboxes and carts. I highly recommend it.
