Great dishes!

I've only had this cookware for about a month and haven't used it yet, but I really like it so far. It's a bit pricey but seems well made. The bottoms of the pots and pans are very flat and fit well on my flat electric range. They say if I avoid too much heat they keep their shape. I can do it! They clean very well. They're a little heavy, which can make it a bit difficult to hold the lid of the pot and pour out the fat, but that's my only complaint. Overall, I'm glad I made the investment.
