I installed these mirrors at 17:00, the temperature was 86 degrees and the sun. I primed the truck mirrors with Windex and then alcohol. I squeezed the mirrors as hard as I could to avoid smashing the truck's mirrors. Everything looked fine. The truck didn't move until the next morning when I left the house to go to the meeting. As I was walking out the door, lightning caught my attention. The driver's side mirror was on the floor. I feel like I did my best to make them work. I don't know if this is a design flaw or an error due to a faulty adhesive. I'm trying to decide what to do next. I don't want to remove the second mirror if it's left, but I also don't want to wait too long to get it back. I guess I'll wait and see if the other one falls off. In a week. Two hot days and heavy rain have not harmed the remaining mirror. Wade contacted me about the problem and replaced my mirrors with a variety of different adhesives. That's real customer service. I think the upgrade to 5 stars is justified.
