A handy holdall for lots of things for small crochet/knitting projects. There are 4 holes in the top of the bag but they are hard to get out when you have 4 new strands. I would recommend taking either three skeins of yarn (new skeins) or four half-used ones so the thread from each skein can be easily pulled through the hole in the top of the bag. I like the side pockets inside the bag lets me bring 2-3 books of happy planner stickers, as well as my little crochet book for beginners (a recreational arts brand) that I bought from Hobby Lobby to use as a reference book when I'm with start crocheting without affecting the yarn. If the bag was 2-3 inches wider and 2-3 inches longer, I think you could easily fit four new reels in it. Overall, this is still a VERY GOOD bag for smaller projects that require 4 skeins or less, but be aware that a 4th will not fit in until some yarn is used up in other spools. to use as a reference when you start crocheting without getting in the way of the yarn you are using.
