As expected. It can be a bit difficult to shred as it's just one big chunk, but the flavor is great, the texture is nice and grainy. It has a very light smell, but even it is pleasant. I had to air it out (in a warm room) for about 4-5 days for the scent to develop fully, but it's definitely worth it.
