First, the good. These are really good shades considering the price. I wasn't expecting designer shades but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The shades are also easy to install and were better at blocking out light compared to the expensive ones I replaced.Now, the bad. I ordered two sets of shades and one was missing the mounting hardware. The only way to get in touch with the manufacturer is via a hotmail email address. I sent an email requesting the mounting hardware. Later that night I got a reply with a tracking number. After a day, the tracking number was still showing that it hadn't been dropped off at the shipper. I sent another email and didn't get a reply until nighttime again. They basically said they hoped the mounting hardware arrived soon.My guess is that I was emailing with someone out of the country. They were good at getting back but the shipping status never updated. I went ahead and did an exchange and sent back the shades that were missing the mounting hardware.To make a long story even longer, I received the replacement shades and hung them before the missing brackets finally showed up. And, they were completely different brackets and would not work for my shades. So, if you get these shades (I still recommend them) and parts are missing, don't bother sending an email. Do a return/replacement through Best Buy.
