Review on Wiha 26791 Precision T1 T8 8 Piece by Jaleel Pruitt

Revainrating 5 out of 5

When it comes to small appliances, a well-fitting tool makes

has a couple of Wiha Microfinish screwdrivers that I like. The finish on them is similar to the finish on the black part of the driver. However, compared to the microfinish, their quality seems to me to be worse than I expected from Wiha. The rotating part appears grainy when rotated. There are ridges on the sides of the black part of the handle where the two parts connect. There were also a few plastic tags on the plastic parts that were not cleaned prior to packaging. And it's not quality, but it looks like Wiha is switching their tool metal to a magnesium-based alloy, which I don't like in screwdrivers. For the price you really can't beat them. I think I bought them for $24 at the time of writing. But compared to other good quality precision screwdrivers, I think it's better to pay the extra money to get something like Wera for precision screwdrivers.
