Many write that you can not adjust the volume from the MacBook. To change this, you need to change the audio stream settings in the Mac settings. 1. Connect to the speaker via Bluetooth. 2. System Preferences - sound - sound effects tab - play sound effect thru - choose from the pop-up Menu: selected sound output Device. Now all the sound that comes from the poppy goes through BT to the speaker and there is no need to separately adjust the volume in the equalizer. I have a poppy with touch Bar everything worked. Also, after this change, music from SPOTIFY is broadcast to the speaker! I hope this information helps someone
