On the e39 it doesn't work but the tool is solid
On the e39 it doesn't work on the rear subframe bushings, there isn't a big enough take up cone. However, the tool is reliable and I have chosen not to return it as I am sure I will use it on other cars in the future. Decent quality for the price.
