Review on 🍳 Duxtop Whole-Clad Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Induction Cookware Set: Premium 14PC Kitchen Pots and Pans Collection by Myron Brooks

A belated review of a fantastic dinnerware set.

I intentionally waited to write this review while actually cooking with this cookware and I have to say I was not disappointed. I have always cooked in stainless steel but have paired it with non-toxic ceramic non-stick pans for eggs and omelettes etc as I prefer non-toxic stainless steel cookware for most of my cooking. However, prior to purchasing this Duxtop cookware set, none of my stainless steel pans were triple layered with an aluminum core in the middle and I have to say that cooking with triple layer stainless steel is definitely a pleasure and a huge step forward over cooking with ordinary stainless steel. I decided that I should try an omelet in one of the pans, so I learned how to cook with stainless steel and how to make it non-stick. The trick is to heat the pan all the way to a low temperature, then add the oil and then the scrambled eggs. You must also let the eggs fully set before attempting to flip the omelette. And it worked. No more non-stick pans for my omelettes! Next, I tried a chicken cutlet salute using the same principles as above, again with little to no sticking to the pan. If I add frozen veggies after frying chicken, I just add a little more oil, turn up the heat a little, fry for a few more minutes, then add about a tablespoon of water, cover the pan, and cook the veggies a little more more. minutes to perfection. Cleaning was fairly easy with soap and water, some cream of tartar, and the kind of lightweight cleaning pad used for non-stick cookware. No cleaning was required. However, I keep a Bartenders Friend nearby if needed. I also have to say that this set is very well made! High-quality cookware with thick walls and bases, rounded handles that are easy to hold and riveted to the pots. I expect this cookware set will last the rest of my life and I can cook on any stovetop wherever I am: electric, electric, halogen, ceramic, induction and gas (although I stay away from gas for the sake of it if you Want quality, premium cookware at a great price without having to worry about bits of the toxic non-stick coating getting into your food, I recommend this Duxtop Whole-clad Try stainless steel cookware.
