I've only been using them for a week. I've used each pan at least once with multiple recipes. I cook every dish from scratch. Bacon, eggs, scalloped potatoes, pasta, steamed vegetables, soup, rice and more. I found perfectly even cooking, no sticking and easy to clean. A little bartender powder made the pans shiny and new. I especially liked that the small lid of the pot fits on the small frying pan. All lids fit different pans. There are rarely kits for this. My only issue is that I need a 12"

I really like these pots and pans! I think the price is good for what you get. This is an adequate set for any chef. I almost deducted 1 star due to stains and stains on the bottom after use. They look shabby but cook very well so I left 5 stars! I wanted a real three and I think it is. I believe quality should be at the top and at a price. Yes! I intentionally waited to write this review while actually cooking with this cookware and I have to say I was not disappointed. I have always cooked in stainless steel but have paired it with non-toxic ceramic non-stick pans for eggs and omelettes etc as I prefer non-toxic stainless steel cookware for most of my cooking.
