I bought this skimmer to fit in my 15 gallon Waterbox Peninsula mini saltwater tank. I had a lot of trouble finding a skimmer that would fit in the small rear center chamber. I ordered this half skimmer expecting to return it, but thanks to its adjustability I was able to fit it JUST into the rear center chamber with my heater. I even have a media bag with some MarinePure gems and my AI Prime HD gooseneck wedged into this camera. This skimmer definitely fits into tight spaces! It took several days of adjustment to settle down to normal levels, but within 5-7 days it works quietly and draws out a brown liquid. I empty the cup every few days and it's very easy to rinse out. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nano aquarium skimmer. It works like a full size skimmer but in a compact form factor! PS: I know some have complained about the strength of the magnet, but I have no problem with my 5mm or 3/16" glass. There are also no problems with microbubbles.
