Review on Pinsanity by Matt Crawford

My experience with Pinsanity was disheartening on a number of different levels. The merchandise that I purchased was of low quality and had a number of obvious problems and issues. When I brought up these concerns with the customer support department, I was given a response that was dismissive and not very helpful. In spite of the fact that the company asserts that it provides outstanding customer service, I discovered that the staff is both unprofessional and unresponsive. It took several efforts before I was able to receive a response, and even once I did, the answer that was provided was insufficient and did not address all of my worries. In general, my time spent using Pinsanity left me feeling annoyed and unfulfilled. I would strongly discourage other people from shopping here since the poor quality of the products and the unsatisfactory customer service are not worth the trouble. Because there are many other online companies that provide products of a higher quality and better customer service, I would urge you to do business with one of the many other online retailers instead.
