When I finally got around to visiting Pinsanity, I was blown away by the quality of their customer service. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and were very helpful. The staff was not only pleasant and professional, but also very knowledgable and helpful when responding to my inquiries and offering suggestions. Pinsanity's customer service is disappointing.

My most recent Pinsanity shopping trip was underwhelming. Although the thing I bought was of reasonable quality, the customer service might have been much better. The staff was indifferent and unhelpful, despite the company's claim to "deliver exceptional customer service." My experience with Pinsanity was disheartening on a number of different levels. The merchandise that I purchased was of low quality and had a number of obvious problems and issues.
