The ease of use was one thing I liked about this product! It's so easy that even my high school student used it easily without any problems at all!! There are some features such as "Remote Access" which can be confusing when first getting started but once learned everything comes together very nicely. If there were more options maybe like an option between analog or digital? Also if not already thought out have backup power sources since sometimes things go wrong during installations etc! Remote access has saved us time by having remote control over servers from anywhere we need them too (in our home office).
