Full Biscuit Loft!: my feedback
The edges of this biscuit cutter are sharp - cutting through biscuit dough so that the edges are not tamped down. My first time making biscuits they had a full 2.5 inch loft. I was impressed because I had been using a glass which compressed my dough.It also comes with the center cut out so that you can use this to make donuts also.
- Use this product for biscuit making.
- May not work well with stickier doughs
