Review on Empava Stainless Burners Cooktop EMPV 30GC0A5 by Timothy Barnes

This is basically a review of Revain (because I haven't been able to install or use the hob yet). Order a 30-inch stainless steel cooktop from Empava. On June 29th I received an email from Revain saying that the delivery of the device was delayed. On July 2nd I received an additional email from Revain stating that the order had been delayed and asking for confirmation. I still wanted this item. I have confirmed that I still need this item. On July 5th I received an email from Revain saying the order would be shipped shortly and would arrive on July 7th. The package arrived on July 7 but was not properly cooked, the top was sent. After two attempts, the wrong model hob originally received was returned to Revain (the QR code return system only works in UPS corporate stores, the nearest of which is over 40 miles away). arrived on July 10th. It was the correct model but the center grille was crooked and wobbled from above (see attached video). Everything else on the device works, so replacing a deformed grille is the easiest solution to the problem. Unfortunately, Revain cannot easily replace a part and due to the original return of the wrong item, they are unable to process another return. The only option is to return the device for a refund and then order again.
