The app has been so helpful in getting me moving throughout the day. It's great that I can track my progress and see what time of day I'm most active. There are some things that I wish were more intuitive - like how to add different activities (like walking or running) to the same workout. I also would like to be able to have multiple people use one account. But overall, it's been very useful! Having a little bit of extra motivation throughout the day has helped me get out of my chair and move around more often than I normally do.
