How do you take evidence?

I still can't figure out how to read the DC amp. I don't really trust this meter yet. I like that I can use Bluetooth, but haven't found a use for this feature yet. And the temperature readings appear to be in degrees Celsius ONLY. No option for Fahrenheit (default for all US).
