I had to order twice, order XL first, it was a lot smaller than 3XL, the largest they had. Still a bit small but fits well enough. Bought these to wear under my outdoor pants for cycling to work in cold weather. They keep your feet warm enough without the wind blowing your feet. Yes, you can wear long underwear, but it can get warm when you're inside the building and it can be harder to unzip when you need to use the restroom. Ask me how I know. I've worn them a few times and they do their job, not as good as panties but good enough for my needs.
