I made a silly mistake installing it the wrong way round (I just wasn't thinking) and it cut itself - but there was a lot of smoke. Once I got it right, it was amazing. It just cuts a nice little slot for my T molding (from the 3/4" layer). It deposits quite a bit of sawdust on my right plumb. I don't think it will get boring anytime soon. Better done than all of these cheap bit sets you can buy (which get boring right away). If you want to cut a 1/16" groove in wood, this is it! I got this with a 1/4" shank x 2-3/8" mandrel with bearing, Whiteside #A200B - also available from Revain.
