Nice and sharp! - Kitchen & Dining

Testing everything that is made to carve objects can be great fun. This is the wound you brought home with one of our editors, where we compared it side-by-side to a semi-similar knife (a basic set of store-bought kitchen knives and blocks). So we tested it on a good roast where it needed to be cut before and after cooking. This knife could cleanly cut through almost anything we encountered with it where the usual alternative knife for a kitchen set stuck together. a couple of times when the blade just wasn't sharp enough or thin enough to get the job done (and the set was new a couple of months). He cut his way through the meal preparation right up to the end, which left a positive impression on us participants in this small test. The design of the knife is simple, but combines something different. The hilt is made of wood with a decorated section between the hilt and the blade that looks like a pool bat in red, white, yellow and black. It comes with a nice pouch to put it in while you store it. and also so you don't cut yourself trying to get it out of the drawer (like most of these knives do).
