Scale Start Offset - useless scales

The scale is fine, but the scale starts about 1 mm (1/16 inch) from the end of the ruler. It's no good trying to align the start point if it's not flush with the end of the rule. After trying to use them I now think they are useless unless you just want a straight edge.
