Review on Venzo by Steven Harmon

I was eager to check Venzo's web store for my gear requirements as a cyclist. However, the level of customer assistance I received from them was far from satisfactory. The support crew took a while to get back to me when I had queries about the sizing for their cycling shoes, and when they did, their responses weren't very helpful. I ended up placing the erroneous size order, and when I wanted to exchange the shoes, I encountered a drawn-out and annoying return procedure. Although their products may be of high quality, I was disappointed in the terrible customer service I had from Venzo and am reluctant to make another purchase from them in the future. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with potential customer service problems.
