The packaging of the aluminum alloy bike light mount is the first sign that you have ordered a quality product. It comes in a sturdy, ready-made box about the size of a check box and is covered with plastic wrap. Open the box and you'll see a "plush" sealed pouch containing the mount! The arm is about the length of a palm, much larger than I imagined, and built to withstand heavy use. I'm very glad I have two of these for cycling with my powerful LED flashlights. They are worth every penny and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a durable, high quality flashlight mount.
