My son has been wearing it regularly for about 3 months and it has been washed several times. The fleece of the sweater does not roll or stretch yet. My kids are very skinny and I expected the 2T to be tall for my son. He's tall and weighs 25 pounds and the 2T fits him well (not big at all) when he's 24 months with other brands. So I would be wrong if your child was between sizes.
