Review on 🎞️ Kodak D-76 Developer Powder for 1 Gallon Black and White Film by Todd Phillips

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Classics with convenient delivery and affordable price.

After more than 30 years of absence I missed the silence of the darkroom and wanted to share it with my children. So much is happening today, quickly, loudly, loudly, instantly, without limits, worries and thoughts. Traditional black and white photography is contemplative, patient, observant, careful, measured and, last but not least, beautiful. That's what I wanted to share with the kids, the darkroom mindset. The gear I dreamed of decades ago is now available for free, or almost free. A friend happily gave us what was once worth thousands of dollars in top quality gear just for us to use and we were excited to open the shop. All this to say that I am so happy to find the D76 at Revain. -- The D76 remains reliable yet affordable, accessible to beginners and so familiar that there are never any surprises. The fact that we were able to get it so easily from Revain at a price that is very reasonable (including tax and time) for a local camera dealer adds to the high rating. Thousands others over the decades. I'm just glad he's still around. PS Today is November 16, 2017 and the package I received expires on 9.2019. But as others have pointed out, properly stored dry powder has an almost indefinite shelf life.
