I'm a flight attendant and I use these gloves when removing cooked meals from the galley ovens. Ovens cook at temperatures ranging from 130°C (266°F) to 150°C (302°F). I can quickly unload over 200 wrapped aluminum shells with these gloves. Thermal protection is great, and the light weight still allows for great dexterity, which is especially important when loading hot food parcels into thin boxes. I've used these MAPA gloves as well as their midweight orange gloves. These lightweight gloves allow for more natural and precise hand movements while maintaining thermal protection.
