I like that it's user-friendly! It has all of my info entered into one place (like what happens when we have multiple employees in different areas). We've used this system before but not recently so there are some new features such as being able to create custom fields that others can use too, etc. That was nice having our own unique way of doing things instead of just copying everything off another site or from someone else who had already done their thing once again. So maybe if they added more people/users after us then those could add onto ours? Just be prepared - make sure you really need these extra bells and whistles. They're easy enough to get up and running though; we were only missing 3 out of 20 categories which wasn't big at all because most of them didn't take much space anyway.
