I'm a huge fan of these pants and after spending a night in them I'd say they would be my go-to choice for fall. I would not wear them other times of the year except when the weather falls below 72F and above 55F. If you are just looking for a pair of pants I would say this should check most of your fields. They're lightweight and if you're on the larger side they should fit you up to a 38-40 waist (but I wouldn't be surprised if these pants went the distance). Length should be good up to 34 (but may be too short for you). If you have large thighs and calves then this is definitely for you. These are not tights, they feel very airy and will help you fall asleep. The only thing that doesn't suit them is that the edges are a bit frayed and the fabric is frayed after washing.
