Review on Monoprice TV Wall Mount Bracket: 360 Degree Rotation, Fixed for TVs 37in to 70in, Max Weight 110lbs, VESA Patterns Up to 600x400 - Entegrade Series Black by Chris Wheeler

I originally bought this mount for a 70" Visio sewer I had on the go I took it and got a 75" LG, which is much, much better. As the new TV's screw pattern was supported and it was much less than the max weight I used this mount even though it was only advertised for TVs up to 70". It works great apart from the well documented inability to straight in to stay upright in the portrait configuration. A large TV will only stand upright without a system if the mounting holes are in the exact center of the TV. The holes were grossly misaligned which caused it to hang offline in portrait mode. At LG were the holes were much closer to center although they were offset. In fact the further the mounting holes are offset the more complex the equalization system needs to be which also multiplies with the TV's weight. As other reviews say ENSURE and secure the bracket with one bolt, preferably two if possible.The bracket is made of exceptionally st strong steel, but unless it's secured to at least one stud, even a small TV will naturally rip the mount out of the wall.
