Review on 🔧 Barnett 511-30-10004: Enhance Performance with our Clutch Spring Conversion Kit by Francisco Taylor

I bought this for my 2010 Ultra Classic, I didn't like the feel of the original grip so I bought this and a set of 10 Kevlar sheets. I found the new clutch spring to be too stiff and even with the lightest springs it was difficult to release, requiring too much pressure on the clutch lever. It's very difficult to depress the clutch in stop-and-go traffic. Also, the small screws they used with hex heads were difficult to tighten properly and if you are not very careful with the hex socket, the hex can easily be ripped off. Overall I'm not a big fan, I ended up taking it off my bike and reinstalling the original clutch spring. Anyone want a lightly used clutch spring rebuild kit? very cheap.
