For applying POR-15 primer to a pickup truck frame. Brushes take forever if you just use the dragging motion to spread the paint evenly. As soon as you start patting the foam down or using the brush to push the paint into holes or hard-to-reach places, the foam breaks pretty quickly and you have to change brushes quickly. Considering the price, this issue isn't a deal breaker and I don't mind having to change my brush every hour or so. The finished product is beautiful and doesn't have the texture or streaks left by traditional bristle brushes. I cannot comment on their washability and reuse as I have not used them with regular paint. In general I highly recommend it.
