Means small are the best in my rating
I'm not sure if I should have known ballet flats run small or if they just run small.
I'm just guessing, but they're about 2 sizes smaller than normal shoe size. Hope this helps someone.
- My granddaughter had no complaints so I assume she was very happy with this pair.
- The strap broke after wearing it twice. Less than an hour each time
