My 9 lite arrived bent in two corners. I had to bend back the edges with a vise to make everything fit. Not sure if it was damaged in transit but disappointing nonetheless. It's also not as stiff as we'd like, plus it's curved. Vertical window frames deviate, so to speak, by 3-5 degrees from the center outwards. The item comes without instructions but is pretty much self-explanatory. For assembly you need 16 and 17 mm sockets and an extension. The assembly is bulky and tight. You will find that the wrench is difficult to turn and the socket wrench tends to fall off the screw head. For the price I expected more and would have appreciated some protective foam in the box to prevent damage in transit.
