I have found this to be a very good product for my recently adopted 8 month old herding mix to allow her to work/play outside without fear of getting too close to the road. I probably should have gone with a 40 or 50 foot head start but my mistake was underestimating the distance and 30 still works. I've been able to use it many times and haven't had any issues with strength, durability or quality, in fact it's a little heavier than expected including a nice solid line clip. With us, it gets dirty, it's easy to clean and it wears out just as well. She also chewed it multiple times while playing and fiddling, rather than listening and learning, due to the pup's attention span and LOTS of outside distractions. It has no damage yet. It's nice to keep her "somewhat" in check by trying to teach her a few simple commands with treats and games. So far so good, but back to this product. I appreciate the leash and seller for their communication and willingness to endorse their product and help our four legged friends with this. Product is as described, good value for money and comes with a cute line hook (or smaller line) for hanging. Happy paws and legs here. I would recommend (and have recommended) this product to anyone. I buckled the handle of the leash around a bit so I could be "hands free" with my pup, but I haven't used it for outdoor runaway leashing, that's not what it's designed for.
