The quality is not very good, up close I can see that the numbers have scratches and cracks on the edges but not noticeable from afar. You send hard plastic numbers/letters and styrofoam numbers/letters and you glue the plastic to the styrofoam before you glue the styrofoam to the wall. I'm glad it comes with plastic parts because styrofoam doesn't look good on its own. It took me an hour to understand the instructions. However, I have learning disabilities that make it difficult for me to understand things as quickly as others. It comes with this little round white piece that has 3 silver metal tips sticking out of it. You need to hammer the white part into the wall so the longer side of the spikes goes into the wall and this bar hangs off it and needs to face up so you can hang the clock part on it. The instructions weren't very clear. It was also not clear how the clock should be set. I learned that if you put the first (shorter) lever in the middle of the watch, you push it all the way down with both thumbs, and then place the second (longer) lever on top and screw the button down. I tried setting the time using the dial on the back of the watch but that didn't work. Instead I moved the hands on the clock to set the time while it was hanging on the wall and it worked. It was pretty easy to match up the numbers using the square paper price tag and the tape measure that came with it. I did this twice because the clock moved a bit the first time I tried to line up the numbers. Once I figured all that out, I put the numbers/letters in their places, and it ended up being very cool! I'll update if parts fall off the wall, I really hope that doesn't happen. It's been a week so far and luckily all the pieces are still hanging on the wall!
